Dokulardaki \u00f6demin geri \u00e7ekilmesi ve son \u015feklini almas\u0131 kullan\u0131lan cerrahi tekni\u011fe, burun derinizin yap\u0131s\u0131na ve operasyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan greftlerin (kemikler, burunda kullan\u0131lan k\u0131k\u0131rdak) tipi ve miktar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u0130lk 2-3 ay daha h\u0131zl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere yakla\u015f\u0131k 6-12 ay s\u00fcrecektir.<br \/>\nHastalar taraf\u0131ndan bize en s\u0131k sorulan sorulardan birisi de &#8220;Ameliyat \u00fccreti ne kadar?&#8221; sorusu. Hastay\u0131 muayene etmeden bu soruya cevap vermenin zor oldu\u011funu belirtmeliyim. Burun esteti\u011fi ameliyat\u0131 i\u00e7in bize gelen t\u00fcm hastalar \u00f6ncelikle burun septum e\u011frili\u011fi, burun alt deli\u011fi hipertrofisi, geniz eti, burun polipleri, sin\u00fczit, konka b\u00fclloza vb. gibi sorunlar olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmek i\u00e7in endoskop ile incelenir.<\/p>\n<p>Bildi\u011finiz gibi burnun nefes almak, koku almak, ses t\u0131n\u0131s\u0131ndaki rol vb. fonksiyonlar gibi \u00f6nemli i\u015flevlere sahiptir. Bunlar\u0131 korumak veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir sorun varsa eski haline getirmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<br \/>\nMuayene s\u0131ras\u0131nda t\u00fcm profillerden hastalar\u0131n foto\u011fraflar\u0131 \u00e7ekilir ve hastan\u0131n iste\u011fine, doktorun ona verebileceklerine ve cerrahinin imkanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re ameliyat edilecek yeni burun \u015fekli i\u00e7in Photoshop yap\u0131l\u0131r. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 12 tip rinoplasti tekni\u011fi vard\u0131r. Hangi y\u00f6ntemin se\u00e7ilece\u011fi hastan\u0131n iste\u011fine, burundaki problemlere ve cerrahinin imkanlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece burnun i\u00e7 patolojileri, kal\u0131n derili burunlar, \u00e7arp\u0131k burunlar, y\u00fcz asimetrileri, revizyon ameliyatlar\u0131, kulaktan kaburga veya k\u0131k\u0131rdak al\u0131nmas\u0131 gibi sorunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, anestezi s\u00fcresi, ameliyat olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z klinik, kullan\u0131lan cihazlar, kaliteli t\u0131bbi malzeme vb. etkenler operasyon fiyat\u0131n\u0131 etkileyecek unsurlard\u0131r.
